The Matthew Elvidge Trust seeks to increase awareness of depression, and other mental health issues, by encouraging and helping young people to ask for and receive the right professional help.

The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) is the leading professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in the UK, representing over 45,000 members.

MQ: Transforming Mental Health is a new charity funding much-needed scientific research into mental health. Our vision is to create a world where mental illness is understood, effectively treated and one day prevented. We fund and champion world-class research to transform the lives of everyone affected by mental illness.


Mental Health Research UK is the first UK charity dedicated to raising funds for research into mental illness, their causes and cures.

Charlie Waller

The vision of the  Charlie Waller Memorial Trust is to raise awareness of depression as an illness, reduce the stigma attached to seeking help and promote mental well being so that fewer people become depressed and more people seek and receive help.

The James Wentworth-Stanley Memorial Fund was set up to help raise awareness of anxiety, depression and suicide amongst young people.
